Our President and Founder, winner of the Noble Prize awarded to an Outstanding Volunteer!!! The Afghan Women's Center in Montreal had the honor of participating in the Gala (Les Nobiles) a superb, well-organized online evening. The event was filled with entertainments, nobile awards, shows, dances as well as many other volunteers from the city of Montreal.
At the Gala there was a Nobile Award for 6 categories including: Outstanding Volunteer, Group Volunteering, Volunteer Manager,
Skills Volunteer, Corporate Volunteer Program as well as
Public Volunteer). Makai Harif was a nominee in the category of Outstanding volunteers and was elected the winner of this Category. The President of the AWCM owns up to this nobile an immense gratitude since it rewards the efforts brought to the center for immigrant women
