Join us in trying a variety of home-cooked Afghani dishes
Back by popular demand, this March, The Afghan Women’s Center will once again be hosting a food exposition! This will be a unique opportunity for you to try a wide variety of delicious traditional dishes from Afghanistan and learn more about our rich culture! The dishes will all be catered with love by our very own Afghan Women's Catering group. Come try a variety of juicy tender kebabs, herbed rice, fresh naans and much more!
The event will take place at 1857 Maisonneuve West.
There will be vegetarian options available.

All proceeds will go towards supporting the lovely chefs of the Afghan Women’s Catering group. Afghan Women’s Catering is a project of the Afghan Women’s Centre of Montreal, consisting of a group of hard-working, caring and passionate women who have recently come to Canada to begin their new life. Aware of the hardships of adjusting to a new society, the Centre’s mission is to provide refugee and immigrant women an opportunity for engagement in the community. The centre supports their transition into the Montreal society by providing language classes, cultural events, workshops, and more.
